Day 18. You know sometimes I absolutely amaze myself with how dumb I am, kill me now please.......... so I thought yesterday was a good day, 350 calories below my RDI, which followed a good fast day, and that included a Christmas treat last night with a cuppa because I was so far under my RDI. So imagine my shock horror when I saw a small increase on the scales this morning!!!!! So I've looked at 'what' I ate yesterday instead of the calories and immediately awarded myself the slow learner award. Way too many carbs, yet seriously down on protein and fat. Like I said dumb, yet looking on the positive side - a valuable lesson learnt. So another fast day today, and back to better healthier macros here on in, stop beating myself up and onwards and upwards....to infinity and beyond LOL tomorrow is a weigh in and Im not putting up with weight gains no sirree :)

Thanks for that, its much appreciated and I know you're right. I just want my journal to be as honest as I can make it - I think it will make interesting reading into the future when I get to my goal. I really appreciate the feedback, help and friends I've made here. Thanks again

I just checked out the IIFYM website and did my calculations for Macros. WOW - I am a carb junky! I will have to try VERY hard to get them down. I love my protein and fat, but cripes - only 14g of carbs a day on my calculation!. I think I might die LOL. I appreciate all you Macro people keeping track of the diet on FS. It's already helping me. I will have to see how this goes.
