Ahh back to reality!! Home finally from vacation, chicago and Vegas! Amazingly I stepped on the scale when I got home and astoundingly I'm still 197.6!!! I guess all the walking in Vegas helped, because it was not possible to stay on my healthy eating plan! Planning on getting back on it and to get to my goal. Just hate the fact of being out of the routine of going to the gym. But I will!!!!!!!!
