yehah back on track with the scales going in the right direction again. Still a constant amazement to me how easy fast days are now Im used to them; so much less stress not eating or calorie counting which really for me just means skipping two meals and no snacks - easy peasy.

It's amazing, isn't it? First time people hear about fasting, most people freak out and don't see it accomplishable at all. Once they try it, they realize how simple and easy it is. It's good to see you doing well, Steve. :)

I still haven't tried a "fast" day, but think I just might get on that wagon. I am one of those that freaks out - well not really, but kind of. The more I read here on FS, the more I think anything is accomplishable (?) Happy New Year!

I LOVE fast days and couldn't do without them. Lynn, definitely try one. It really resets your body's systems, helps get rid of impurities, and encourages weight loss. I do complete fasts (40hr) and liquid fasts (coffee with hwc and water). But really any fast is a good one. You could start with partial fast where you have a time window that you don't eat like eat supper around six pm and don't eat again until breakfast. I think a lot of people do those without even realizing it.
