Usually my numbers readjust after 24-48 hours after a cheat day, but this time they have not gone back to original weight due to my enjoying many, many...many holiday cupcakes this week. It was worth it. Yes, gawd. Obviously, cupcakes will not be in my future for a while lol so going back to my original diet will be helpful. Enjoyed Christmas, had SO much fun with friends and family, and volunteered this week too. So excited for the new year of 2014! Thankful and blessed! :D
Sidenote: My New Orleans Saints are going to the PLAYOFFS! YAY! The game today was BANANAS! Happy, happy New Year! :D
