Just got home from the gym and had an after gym snack. Some chicken and I had peanut butter and crackers...I don't know if that works but I heard you're supposed to get some protein and a couple carbs.
I am SORE as heck!!! Yesterday I did chest and shoulders and whatnot and today we did legs and glutes...oh my gosh. Good thing I had someone motivating me cause I would have given up in a second.
SOON ENOUGH I SHALL BE IN SHAPE! Fun part is I CANT give up because I've committed to this workout, and if I did give up, that would be rude and I'm not a rude human.
