I don't weigh myself daily. You can have clothes fit differently(meaning fit better) without losing any weight, but still feel good about how you look in them.

I do but I fluctuate up to 6# a day. it's just fun to watch. it's honestly what your comfortable with. if you won't go nuts by the flux it's all good. otherwise weekly is great. it's the overall trend your looking for.

Yes, I weigh every day. Always at the same time in the morning after relieving myself. And always in the buff. TMI?

I weigh in every Sunday. The only time I weigh daily is if I cant believe what the scale is saying( in a good way) so ill weigh again for the next couple of days and sometumes on another scale. I like the element of surprise to see how my hard work paid off. Like to see a big number instead of the creep. Gives me something to look forward to lol!

Every morning same time before I eat or drink anything. But I log only once a week to give me a target.

Same as Les, DP and Hebrews! Totally agree with Hebrews! It might feel more rewarding if you do it weekly to see a better drop, but I can't help myself to do it daily then look back and add up my total losses.

Sunday’s. If issue may check mid week to see if any movement on scale. Hubby says when I weigh every day I stress to much with changes on daily. lol🍀

I don't weigh. I use clothes to measure/estimate loss. If I stare at the scale, I get into a bad mental state, like...if you behave admirably with food and exercise for two weeks and see no loss, it can make you want to quit. I threw mine away Jan 1 2001 and have never regretted it. A too-tight pair of jeans will tell the tale. (and when I show up to the doc's and get weighed, my estimate based on my size is always right on the button. Funny how that works. : ) )

Absolutely but always in the morning before food and drink and typically the same time.

I weigh daily, it has helped me stay on track by starting my day remembering why this matters to me. Also helps me remember water has weight! I know my weight chart is a downard trending squiggle, the minor ups and downs are still trending mostly down.

I do, also always in the morning (cus I haven't eaten or had anything to drink, and cus I'm already naked at that point, ahaha). My weight fluctuates a lot day to day so it helps me see the average downward trend even in the face of upward spikes. They used to freak me out, those spikes, but they don't anymore. =) Plus, I like numbers, so it's interesting to me to see the patterns over time.
