Okay so i have decided that i reset my mind and take control to get to my new goal weight. i have been hanging on to 61kg for too long and time to get that 55kg goal. I have been so busy this year and have had no time to track anything and now on holiday break it is time for me. Although i have exercised most days i have not eaten properly and water consumption was sometimes non existent. Although i work in an office the tap water is beyond gross and forget to bring from home. But enough complaining and more positivity.
