Didn't wake up early enough to get a full workout in, and I wont be off of work until the gym closes. So I went over there and ran a couple miles and then came home to shower before work. At least I got my heart rate up this morning as best as I could with the time I had.

I'm trying not to have ANY cheat days this upcoming week...if I do, it will be a weak cheat day! I was too easy on myself last week.
