Short post today. I have just been in a funk the last three days. I have been good about what I am eating but I am just not seeing the scale moving. In fact, I gained two pounds. I am really afraid that if I don't feel/see progress soon that I am going to stop even trying to lose weight. I know there are things that I should be doing but I am not doing, like drinking more water and exercising but I just cannot seem to find the motivation. I am on edge all the time and in quite a bad mood. There are so many things that I need to do today to prepare for the work week and I just can't seem to get my butt off the couch. I would be perfectly happy just sitting on the couch all day. I really need a good kick in the butt! Ok I have depressed everyone long enough. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Feeling a little better about things. I got in a small workout and ate pretty well today. Oh, my jeans weren't as tight today. It is always nice when I have a non-scale victory (NSV) especially when the scale is not going in the right direction.

I've been there before Gabbie! But just doing a little workout is enough to help put you in gear to get more exercise in! Just think of doing it in little increments. Just take it one day at a time and do the best you can Today! Get your necessary prep in for the week ahead but don't focus too far head. You can do this!! :D If your in a bad mood, take it out jogging, put that frustration and aggervation towards your workout. :)
