Have a little more time this morning so I thought I would journal. Scale showed a loss (down 1.2 lbs) this morning so my weight is going in the right direction. I can't help but want it to be a bigger loss but I need to realize that a steady loss is a good loss and I will be more likely to keep the weight off if I lose it slowly over time. Work has been stressful for many reasons with me really having to work harder to not eat for emotional reasons. I am going to be doing workouts more consistently starting this weekend so that will hopefully keep the scale moving in the right direction. I really find the evenings to be the hardest during the work week. I want to snack all evening and it is a struggle not to reach into the pantry. Although when patients bring in cookies/chocolate (heck any kind of food...lol) it is so hard to resist but I have to say I haven't eaten any of it. I stick to what I bring from home and that is it! Well time to think about heading into work. Have a great day everyone!!!
