After going back up to 269 the past 4 days, I'm glad to see the 267.6. :) And I'll be working more and more this week to get closer to my mini-goal. :)

Oh, and I'm totally divulging in some lasagna.. noodleless zucchini lasagna. One of my faves! It just got done and I'm excited to dive in.
And then for dessert is my last black bean brownie. I've been keeping them in the fridge, since they're mostly egg and bean.

Oh, my dinner came out perfectly. When I did the broil for the crust of cheese on top,..OMG, I was in heaven. I love a cheesey lasagna. Mom's isn't even this cheesey. :)

It's not my recipe. But, yes, it is on FS.. It's called the Noodless Zucchini Lasagna. It makes great leftovers too.
