Today wasn’t a good day at lunch. I stress ate. I have to take my cat to the vet tomorrow because she may have an abscess and I’ve had her for 9 years now. She’s one of the only things I have left from my mom. I’m trying to be good for dinner but I’m sure it’s too much. I don’t know how to not eat large amounts of foods. I always feel like I’m hungry if I don’t eat a full plate or bowl.
