From looking at a few days of your food consumption, i would say #1 you are not eating enough! yes , you have to eat more but more of good nutritious vegetables and proteins.
#2 I would cut down or eliminate the processed foods, they have no nutritional value and usually contain too many hidden sugars and chemicals.
are you posting your exercise in the site too to see if calories in vs calories burned is at a deficit?
