Good evening F.S family. It has been a while since I have been able to post. We have a co-worker out sick and we are so busy we are barely able to keep up. Amazingly I am maintaining since I have been working such long work hours. I somehow have managed to keep up with tracking most every thing I eat, so that helps. I will be glad when things slow down! (Then again, I might ought to be careful what I wish for.) SO in the mean time I have decided that with the holidays, chaos, B.S. and nonsense of the past year I reached a burnout point. I am in no way giving up. I still am participating in the New Year New Start challenge as well. I am just going to try and maintain my weight through January and regroup and refocus the first of February. I will hit the calorie deficit hard then and get back to reducing! Sometimes we just need to take a breath and a break! Have a great night all.
