Weight is steady. Starting today to try and loose 2 lbs a week, till our birthday in Feb. That would put me back down to what is normal for me.
So on Saturday with it being partly rainy and cold I took the kids for a walk. Found this trail just down the street from our house. At first it followed a power line. When followed that for awhile, with the kids running all over the place and just haveing fun. They were so excited to walk that they wanted to do it again. My kids love to excersize. So on Sunday we did it again with daddy and the dog. Our little hour walk on Saturday turned into 2 hours and about 5 miles and straight up hills, then down and round onto another path that wound through the wooded hill side. It was a blast just watching the kids trying to figure out where the path was going and how to get home. They were really tired after that. I think the dog was the worst. But our 5 miles was about 10 for him. So we're going to try and do that trail atleast once a weekend. During the week is to hard with school and sports. So I will be starting to get more excersize in besides the little bit I do on a daily basis. K gotta go and get kids to school.
