seems my body's stuck at 192.4. still going to do my 8000 steps later...guess I have to step up the pace to burn more fat,but not going to try that in the winter months outside. might fall or slip and then? so right now just continuing doing what I am doing lowering carbs, fat etc.it will probably take a bit longer,but at 67 and have to stay in good condition,and not hurt myself outside. probably in the summer, could go up to 10000 steps. Not giving up!

It's wonderful that you get in so many steps. I can't. Not worth the pain the next couple of days. I do low impact exercises and small weights pretty consistently. I applaud anyone who can do bunches of steps!.

Thank u.i will be gracious and simply say only that..but its determination and I also like to walk. I use an app for company..2nd time around for walking app.
