seems my body's stuck at 192.4. still going to do my 8000 steps later...guess I have to step up the pace to burn more fat,but not going to try that in the winter months outside. might fall or slip and then? so right now just continuing doing what I am doing lowering carbs, fat etc.it will probably take a bit longer,but at 67 and have to stay in good condition,and not hurt myself outside. probably in the summer, could go up to 10000 steps. Not giving up!
