Had a very good fast plan fasting day,but felt absolutely terrible, tired, irritable, faint/low blood pressure? Possibly linked to my period as that started last night. I felt a little confused too and kept calling the kids the wrong name...oops! I think I drank too much filter coffee this morning, I really must reduce my caffeine intake!! I am very pleased with how well I did today. I made a chocolate cake made with a can of mixed beans, I had a tiny, tiny taste and put it down as chocolate. It was soooo tiny, but wanted to declare it haha! Can't wait to have a piece tomorrow with some ice cream...yum yum. Non fast day tomorrow, yay! Already trying to plan what I am going to eat. M bought me a bottle of wine, not sure whether to have a glass tomorrow, I don't want to undo all my hard work today. I am going to have my next fast on Sunday.
