Hi Smolletri, You were fortunate to have a deeply loving relationship with your Mom. Separation is painful and will take time. Crying some is good and will lessen a tendency to deep depression if you can feel a little lighter after having a cry. I remember your determination to honor your mother by taking good care of yourself. Sadness will go but it never goes fast enough for anyone. Taking a note from M2B, BB and B66, Distraction is necessary to step out of the sadness after a cry. Find several things to do even if you don't feel like it.
