Smollettri Günlüğü, 02 Şub 14

It's been almost three weeks since Mom's been gone. I cry a little each and every day. I am trying to control my eating but sometimes food is the only thing that makes the hurt lessen. I have not started the Weight Loss Program yet, they are kind of giving me the runaround about it and it is getting me upset. I wanted to start it a long time ago. I am hoping I can go through with this, the pain of my loss is weighing on me. I feel as if I cannot do this, but I need to. It is imperative that I stay focused. Mom wouldn't want me to get off track, especially for her sake. She would want me to continue with my goals. So I will do just that. I am so sad. I am trying to stay away from depression. God, bless me and help me to get through this. Amen.

Amen. ((((Big Hugs!!)))) Smollettri, you need to find another diet plan that doesn't cost you any big bucks like that one does. You can eat better all on your own.

Sad to hear, Smolletri with the loss of your mom! I agree with BuffyBear though. Track all your calories so you know what they amount to. Eat a BIG breakfast, and change to only worry about getting ENOUGH calories by 2pm, (most of your daily amount) doing so, you won't crave cookies at the end of the day! and don't give up! You CAN do this. :) blessings.

Hi Smolletri, You were fortunate to have a deeply loving relationship with your Mom. Separation is painful and will take time. Crying some is good and will lessen a tendency to deep depression if you can feel a little lighter after having a cry. I remember your determination to honor your mother by taking good care of yourself. Sadness will go but it never goes fast enough for anyone. Taking a note from M2B, BB and B66, Distraction is necessary to step out of the sadness after a cry. Find several things to do even if you don't feel like it. Tracking calories for a week or two will prepare you for beginning healthy eating. If you can just track without self criticism. We, your FS companions so much want what is best for you. J
