Day 2. What I like least about obesity, apart from stiff sore joints, snoring and waking up my husband, bronchial asthma, is acid reflux. I really hate the acid reflux. My 3 day fast didn't happen, as I had a Salad, some nuts, and a Good Fats bar for dinner. I will eat tonight and try starting ADF - alternate day fasting next week. In addition to carb addiction, I detest the feeling of hunger - I'm not sure why, possibly because it distracts me from working. I need to work on accepting the feeling and letting it ride. As long as I adhere to no sugar, processed/refined foods, it's a win. One and a half days in, I am winning!
