My will power was not so great today, but I am still under my calorie mark. I returned to work today and had intentions of returning to the gym this evening. However, the 'light dusting' of snow we were supposed to get has turned into 5" and I'm not driving in it if I don't have to. Was terrifying enough getting to and from work.
Have all the things I need for my salad so that will be what's for dinner.
I'm still weak after whatever type of sickness plagued me for a week. Perhaps it's best that I regain my strength before I workout 5 days a week again.

Maybe a quick nap before the kids come home.

Forget about today. It's such a small setback if you just get back on your horse so to speak tomorrow.

Eat enough to get your strength back. You can still likely stay under your maintenance to do it. Once the kids are home, you're going to need that energy. Tomorrow is soon enough.
