Saw 'The Boss' and the E Street band last night in Perth Australia. WOW what a performance, For those that have never seen him, seriously if you get the chance GO GO GO. Over three hours on stage without a break, and Ive never seen a band have so much fun on stage, they ROCKED. Meanwhile back on the diet front, despite several drinks and a very late night very pleased to see another drop on the scales :)

It's the pure excitement of the show that showed up on the scale today! Oh what a good time will do for you. (Really I know it's all the wise choices you've made), but WOW, what a concert to have been able to go to. Only a little jealous hehe.

Thanks Bill, feeling great about life in general right now, though pretty tired - it was a very late night, and early start at work after the usual workout (no slacking here lol)
