I'm exercising again, hence the weight gain as I'm holding water. I'm exercising in a bid to get my blood pressure down, and it has indeed gone down from secondary hypertension levels to slightly high levels. Win some, lose some. So... I'll keep up with the weights and exercise and we'll see if weight starts trending down again over the next couple of weeks. I can't see any reason it shouldn't, frankly.
