All Right! I threw my scale out!!! I was obsessing weighing myself like 3 or 4 times a day now i will only do once a month. It keeps me motivated and helps me to rememer that it takes time. Its weird my body is changing and i wasn't seeing the numbers but my clothes are loose. Im sore and I can feel my muscles getting stronger. My next weigh in will be feb 25th hopefully I will be down 5 pounds. I used to have such a bad habit of getting up to eat at 3 in the morning cookies,cake,etc... I try not to keep too much sugar in the house. Im getting stronger mentally and emotionally. Learning to say no and understanding that its ok to leave food on the plate. Im sooo thankful for my friends! Stay strong I tell myself cause before I know it spring will be here.
