Thursday today. Crew came. Screwed up my timing because they were late and only brought 3 people instead of 4. So now it's almost 4:00, and I have not yet done my treadmill. I will not be able to do my usual 3.7, I am sure, because I'm much more tired at this time of day. And what's really annoying me is that I'm hungry. I've been nibbling on small things all day, amassed 14 points already, and I'm still hungry. And all this with no exercise. I'm so afraid of today being a bad eating day. I have to wait until my son finishes his homework before I can go on the treadmill. So I'm sitting here writing, and he's working behind me on the table, and I'm fidgety. I feel like getting food! AAAAAAAAHH! Well, it's just one of those things. I have not mastered the art of control. I'm working on it, though!
10 minutes of treadmill today! Ugh! It got late. I had taken an antihistamine for allergies, and I just got too tired. Oh, well!
Bad day. Bad day! I'm out of control. I'm stuffed to the gills. I think I never will be skinny now. I'm an addict.
I ended really going off the deep end food wise when I was putting together the kids' Valentine's Day treats for class. I sat there with a big bag of tiny Hershey's bars, and I must have eaten about 20 of them. BAD, BAD day!
