@Letty - Bulletproof coffee is coffee blended with unsalted butter, coconut oil or MCT oil. It is typically used in low-carb Keto plans so your body runs on the fat instead of the sugar from carbohydrates. It also helps in Intermittent fasting plans. BP coffee in the morning and then maybe one meal a day. The fat keeps you satiated so you are not hungry. After it burns the fat in the coffee, we start to burn our own bodyfat for energy. I have done it on the past and it works well. Right now I am doing CICO 

I C....said the blind woman. I tend to get smaller/lighter spectacles the older I get. I used to dig on the big, cool, snazzy ones when I was younger, but they began to give me headaches and hurt my ears/temples for wearing them too long. I switch on/off from contacts to glasses and only when I want to see far. I'm nearsighted. I also have transitionals and prescription sunglasses by Vogue. The Vogue have the snazzy-look and shiny diamond-essence on the sides that sparkle in the sun. They make me feel like a Hollywood movie-star bc the lenses have a kaleidoscope-like design that shines/sparkles also in the form of yellow/green/blue/pink/red stars when hit by the sun. I enjoy not wearing correctional-lenses at all, though.... 8-)

Drinking a decaf right now @ 4:30 PM. If I had a regular one, I would stare at the ceiling all night. 

My coffee has been stalking me heavily for years and if it stops it just might be the end of me 😂
