and into the 115's (115.7 today) we go, all according to plan. Long weekend here, Monday is a public holiday then Friday Im off up North to Exmouth to go Marlin Fishing, so if I can get down to 114 by Thursday I would expect to be back up to 117 when I get back a week after that, but it should be all water and some fat which I should be able to get rid of quite quickly. A week on a boat eating drinking and fishing, not the best environment for dieting that's for sure, but you know what? I don't care :D I am sooooooooooooooo looking forward to it.
