So after 2 weeks of following the new points plus plan, I've managed to gain 2 pounds and more anxiety that this is not going to work. I will give it atleast one more week plus finish the living lean series I've started at work and see what happens. This is my last resort. I can't afford and don't want to do the Nutrisystem-type diet and feel like I can truly change my life with this course of action. We'll see.
