OK I am officially TIRED of this diet! SOMEONE OUT THERE TELL ME A WOE I can use to loose the 13-15# I have left quickly & keep them off, PLEASE!

I get really tired of my diet too. I have to restrict fat, but not doing so good. I have set a maximum calorie goal of 1400-1700 and have a goal of 5-7 pounds a month. It worked in February. It helps me not to weigh myself every day and just stay in my calorie range. Sometimes we expect too much, too fast. But I figure 5 pounds a month would be 60 in a year. You could lose the 15 pounds without too much anxiety if you allow yourself 3 months

Calories IN - Calories OUT. Count the calories for real, and have a deficit every day with what your burn through exercise.
