Work, work, work! BUSY day today. Felt like it was a full moon with all of the crazy things happening. Still managed to eat right-ish. At least until I got home. Fried chicken isn't exactly the healthiest choice, but OH MY GOSH, it is so darned good! We tried to balance it out with a salad & fruit. My parents brought the chicken over....they mean well. It might be time to clue them in to our eating plan. Dad loves to shop for deals...he could shop around for fruits/veggies & lean meats. No beating myself up over this. Tomorrow's another day! On the plus side, we got some extra walking done tonight.
