So I have pilates tonight. I hate night time exercise. It is so dark and cold.. I just want to skip it.. but I wont. The class is expensive and there is no way I am going to pay and then not go.. I have been bad food wise for the last week.. and today my husband brought me home a sammach from this awesome sandwich place.. It was soo huge and sooo good. I ate the whole thing 4 hours ago.. and I still feel sick stuffed from it.. boy that is gonna make pilates a treat. :P anyway I am feeling bloated and yucky that is what you get when you over eat. I am also feeling put out by the whole dinner thing. I need to make a list of things to keep on hand for me so that everyone else and I can co exist in this world. have a good evening people. I will suffer the scale tomorrow.. after my bad week :P

A week of bad food is only bad if you never get back on track. It's only a temporary set back in our lifetime journey, it happens. I hope you enjoyed your pilates class tonight.
