I feel as though today went pretty well eating-wise. After having my coffee in the mornings, all I will drink (most of the time) is water. Every now & then I'll get a hankering for some sweet tea, after all, I'm a born & bred southern girl. I firmly believe in not denying your cravings, but to partake in moderation. I'm off work tomorrow, so I'm hoping to sweet talk the hubby into a quick fishing trip.

ate dinner too early! Grrrrrr! Then I tried to just ignore the hunger. MISTAKE!!! Well, at least we are done with the fried chicken my folks brought over. Now, to deter them from bringing more....
