What. A. Day. State came in today for an unscheduled inspection (survey). My boss was off for a seminar on dementia. THAT was actually scheduled, but she was unavailable by phone. So that left the rest of us scrambling to make sure all the t's were crossed the i's were dotted. I didn't even get a lunch today, something which has NEVER happened before with this company. Hate to try to eat when I'm STARVING. It seems to take forever before I reach that "less hungry, not sure if I'm full" stage that I usually stop at. Good thing my hubby is helping with portions. Well, now we're heading out for a walk. I don't care if it's fast/slow or anywhere in between. Being with my family is my stress-reliever.....most days, anyways

Makes it really nice when the weather cooperates also. Make sure you try and eat something more though even if your busy babe. Will by some protein bars for quick fixes. Your calorie intake was really low on this day and we must keep it higher to keep that metabo moving:)
