I'm finally following the Induction Phase 100% and boy does it work!! I allowed myself to be taken over by temptations last year and gave into the Holidays. That was my worst mistake ever, I gained 7 pounds and felt so sluggish and disappointed in myself. Now at 213 lbs, I made the decision to not allow anything or any holiday/occasion to derail me again. I began Induction on Sunday 1/23/2011 and I have already lost 10 lbs! I am following the program 100% and currently reading "The New Atkins for a New You". I now see and understand why and what I did wrong before and I'm inspired to stay focused and finally commit to staying healthy. :-)
