Thank you Woodburger, much appreciated I just try to encourage everyone and send my love, I live in Ballarat, Victoria Australia, and I am 77yrs young, but unfortunately I am on oxygen 24 /7 , so I can not exercise, that is why I like to try and motivate all my friends here, 🥰🐰have a great Easter,

@trish, this just makes me all the more admiring of you! You are quite a special person, clearly kind and thanks for your support. I'm a 43 year old woman who is just trying to minimise her calorie intake and love of noodles! Thanks for always supporting me and others, it doesn't go unnoticed! xx 

If you love noodles, look up Konjac noodles and you should find a few products. Very little taste but good texture, soak up flavours from other ingredients and very low in carbs and calories. They keep you feeling full too. 

oh yes, Konjac noodles are really good! they come in different shapes and remind me a little on rice noodles. But the taste is really rather neutral 🤗 Chickpea, lentil and other veggie noodles usually have a strong own taste but also good as a replacement for wheat based noodles. 

p.s. I'm a big fan of Trish too! it's all empty here, when she's not around. Trish I'm glad you're still youngish, so that we can still enjoy you being there for us 🥰💃💕
