Back on track. Things are moving again, most certainly the ex-lax which I'm pretty sure is not good for atkins because of the added sugar but it's the only, and I seriously mean only, thing that worked. I guess I will find out if it stalls any weight loss. While I was in distress I didn't record my food or count my carbs though I didn't eat anything I hadn't been eating before. I feel much better today physically and certainly more hopeful. Drinking my water, taking my vitamins, making better and more varied food choices. What I need to be doing is exercising. I'm fairly sure that when I fell a few days ago that I reinjured the foot that was healing from several stress fractures. Unfortunately, I need to wait a little while before I can get back to walking for exercise. Once my foot heals sufficiently I need to be doing stretching exercises for my achilles tendons which cause me pain when I walk. One thing at a time I guess. I will eat clean, I will lose the weight, I will get healthy.
