VLCD # 22. Today would be my first day off the drops. However, I want to reach my goal so I must proceed. I will be putting my scale away today and I am going to try to not look at my weight. I feel like my progress is hindered by my mood and if I don't look at the scale then I won't have a reaction to the number. Here's hoping. I won't weigh in until Sat morning. Here's hoping this works.
