I'm loving this website! (I'm still figuring it out). My doctor told me to stay below 200 and I shot up to 208 during the holidays, football season, and my birthday. I've lost 7 pounds already by counting calories and eating more nutrient dense food. I have never counted calories before in my life, but it is working so far! (6 weeks) I'm trying to eat around 1600 calories a day and lose a pound or two a week. My physical is coming up in June. Up until March, I was eating like a pig and stuffing my face with cake, doughnuts, pizza, and anything else I could find! hahahaha

Nice! I try to stay under 2000 calories a day. Plus I exercise on top of that.
