Have no bathroom scales to do this. I'm hoping they will weigh me with my visit to the hospital for my renal appointment on Wednesday.

Scales are all calibrated differently and you will weigh something different on each one (but should be within a few pounds of each other). Public scales should be calibrated regularly (because so many people weigh on them), but many are not. So you may want to invest in a scale to use as your "official" scale or use the same scale regularly to gauge weight loss accurately. The flooring the scale is on can also effect it (should be a hard level surface).
