That is what I call a power walk! I am about to do last 60 min turbo before the pools/gym open tomorrow. My turbo has been such a constant companion during lockdown I feel disloyal to her! But haven't worked out how to fit it all in yet.

Rounded my weekend off with a 28.33 mile (45.59 km)ride out on the road took me 2:01:53. Had a tailwind half the way so does that count as resistance training too ;)
