I joined a couple challenges as a way to feel encouraged and motivated. It also makes me be more conscientiousness about using this website more effectively in addition to my phone app and fitbit.

But I am confused about the challenges. I signed up for two walking ones. One where we promise to walk daily for at least 30 minutes then another where we walk at least 2 miles each weekday. But when I click on my challenges there isn't anywhere to log my progress?

I do enter my activity on the exercise page of my calendar. I know I am doing the challenges but have no idea how the challenge knows I am doing it! (If that makes sense)

Anyway, I only weigh in once a week so that I do not obsess on numbers and instead just work on doing what I need to do to be healthier. I am sticking to my plan. I walk on my treadmill 7 days a week and stick to my daily allotted calories.

This site really helps. When you see other people in your same situation then you feel like your not going through it alone.

When you weigh-in weekly you it will ask you if you succeeded in the challenge guidelines, and that is how the challenge monitors the success rate. There should be a forum in each challenge where you can start topics and talk to other people in the challenge. Good luck :-)

I love the challenges. I do them here and on WW's site. This is a very supportive site.

I'm a serial challenge leaver but they are fun at times ~ last year DFW made one where we couldn't use profanity. Now THAT was challenging :-)

I agree, its been a week now and I am finding my way around this website slowly.. I have really pushed myself this week walked a little over 2 miles each morning.. I have followed the diet plan faithfully, I also joined the water intake challange. Except for my journal, I have no idea how to record my successes. I'm not giving, I'm sure I will figure it out.
