It's been a month since I started reverse diet. Basically, I went from 1200cal to 2000cal in a day. It's amazing to see how my body adapts because I tend to loose weight faster when I am at deficit 100cal than 800cal. One thing that I am grateful the most is my hair fall is reduced to 99%. I am so grateful for this. A few months ago, I changed my shampoo to fix my hair fall problem. It turned out that eating more is the best remedy. Moreover, I didn't experience palpitation like I used to and I am not so skinny around my neck anymore. I have energy to do all household chores on the level that maybe unnecessary. However, eating more means I eat less healthy food. Next, I hope I can improve my quality intake. In my opinion, on reverse diet, smart watch is the key to monitor all calories used so you won't gain when you don't want to. However, you know how much you should eat on daily basis.

athia: kalo aku pas tiduran santai gitu, detak jantungnya berasa banget sampai seluruh tubuh bergetar gitu ngikutin detak jantung. momo: sama kok, ini juga lagi belajar.

Kak aku mau tanya, pengen banget reverse diet but i’m too scared kalo bb naik drastis. how to deal with it ya kak😭

natjat: saranku monitor energi keluar pakai smartwatch supaya lebih jelas dan ngga overeat/undereat. Pada dasarnya, weight gain/loss = energi keluar </> energi masuk. Supaya ngga naik, makan banyak tapi perbanyak aktifitas juga. Pengalamanku, kurang 100-300kal sehari aja udah turun, tapi aku pakai metode IF terus sih, tapi mungkin makan 3x sehari juga bisa.

Yulia: Yes, I absolutely agree. I think nutrition is key and it helps a lot with health in general. Interesting, I will try to add the suplement on my daily intake. Yes, I eat avocados now, I never ate it before diet, I reckon it also gives me a massive improvement on my hair. Yes I agree, I've been on intermitten fasting and have been doing it for about a year now. Sometimes it's difficult because I have to cramp all the food in 4 hours. I aim to stop doing it and eat healthy food in a longer period of time throughout the day instead. Thank you so much for reminding me, I really don't want to gain again since I've been trying to loose it for so long.
