Tried my hand at protein baked oats. Was very filling for (290 calories) but missed a bit of sweetness I’ll add honey or sweet et next time.

Zero calories syrups are great for sweetness without the calories 🙂

I like add tiny bit of chocolate spread (between 10 to 15g) or biscoff spread on top , after out the oven it melts and it's really good. a small square of chocolate it's nice too (I usually go for dark 85% from Aldi) 😍 it's helps with my sweet tooth
