Well, it's been tough to do much since my last weigh in. I was sick for a few weeks, followed by attending my cousin's wedding (which meant a very late dinner and waaay too much alcohol).
But I'm getting back on track. I've been attending zumba now for the past two weeks, and I can feel my endurance and strength rising. No weight change, and clothes still don't fit so well, but I at least feel a little more energetic.
This might be, in part, psychological, since I'm finally feeling like I have a path in life again. I'm making strides toward getting my teaching credential (I'd love to teach 2nd grade), and I'm also working on finally getting my driver's license (long overdue at 23). Plus, having a set gym regimen helps with bringing structure back into my life.
