Day 2 -- The 17 Day Diet: 136.2 (-.6) BF 27% Went well, need to take more veggies to snack on in the afternoon. It seemed like I ate a lot but just barely had 1,000 calories. I have been trying to get my food ratio to 40%protein/40%carbs/20%fat as suggested in one of my challenges, but wasn't coming close - yesterday I almost hit it on the head - without trying.
