Very good day for me. I went to weigh-in to see if the water was coming off and sure enough 1 lb later. I am trying to find the right eating strategies for my goal. I will keep at it. Taught my daughter how to dribble the Bball last night. It was not much of an exercise but in the right direction. I am hoping to do a little more on Thursday.
