Thx HCB! That was unfortunately a large part of how I ended up where I'm at! I am a good cook and I love big bold flavors. When the food is good I just cant stop eating it! The last year has been a real eye opener for me and I'm on the right track and getting control of it now, but I do love to eat!😋🙄

I tend toward extreme behaviors. As I started losing, I got frustrated by what I felt was slow loss with frequent gains sprinkled in. As I passed about 350, I cut my intake to 400 cal/meal and 1200 per day. That's when I really got intimate with portion control and what I included in my 400 cal meals. Your program is working and you've already passed 50 lbs. Just some no-cal food for thought. Keep up the good work.
