I should have just took off from work and stopped seeing clients...but I didn't. I have a sinus infection and did not take any time for myself. Did not exercise and have been eating too many carbs to keep going. I am better than this. So today I am back on track. I weigh on Sunday and if I have gained or prayerfully stayed the same I will be okay. The Lord has given me the plan I just need to work. it. Pray my strength and be blessed buddies.
