It can take up to a year or more (when you get to goal) to actually see the new body. I think we all have days when we look in the mirror and feel good and others where we get overwhelmed. You gotta dig those heals in and keep going. Look how far you have come. Time is going to pass anyway and its better to be on plan and get to goal. Make small goals for yourself (no time limit) and reward yourself with non food items to help keep motivation. Pinterest.com has great quotes, pictures, and recipes for motivation.
