Avery had her one month check up today and she is doing great. She is 9 pounds 8 1/2oz and looks great. I am glad that went well. I got in a walk today and one yesterday with weights, squats and lunges. My legs are super sore but I am glad for it. I did have taco bell today but I made decent choices. I just want to see the scale continuing to go down. As long as that is the case I am making progress.
