No huge change again. We are done with stockshows for 3 weeks so I plan to kick it up now. Today i am attempting liquid diet only. With congestion solids don't really have taste anyway. Hoping can get off some bloat. Rings not fitting well this morning.

Been taking Musinex and that is helping break it all up. Just nothing tastes good. Weather is nicer here so planning to get out and walk this evening to open up my head some. Being cooped up in the house and livestock barns passed two weeks didn't help any.
